An unexpected sauna surprise

We loved the enchanting experience of the glass-roofed cabin, indulging in a private sauna, and marveling at the fine Northern Lights from our cozy bed. The staff was cute!

The meals were a bit pricey, and a lack of options for lunch and dinner caught us off guard. The heavy menus didn't quite fit our taste. A wider selection would be appreciated.

The great vibe at this family-run establishment - felt comfortable and friendly. Everyone was so helpful and even the staff seemed to be having fun!

The nature is the best! Hotel is in total wilderness so with few steps you enter the nature

It is a picturesque lodge with cute staff and amazing views of the surrounding wilderness, and really good excursions exploring the fine nature.

Warm welcome by Steward who showed us our nice appartment nearby the lake. Because of late arrival he offered to make us a basic meal which was very much appreciated. Guests who arrive should be prepared that there are no shops or restaurants nearby! We went on a canoeing trip with Steward, the nature was beautiful and we had a nice picknick with a small fire. The sausages and sandwiches were well tasted! Many thanks!

Food can be improved~

Despite the limited dining options, I cherished the good meals and the stunning lakeside views, particularly admiring the snowshoeing and husky activities organized by the friendly staff.

After a long journey, I expected a special welcome but received none. The room was nice, yet without kettle or hairdryer, how did I survive? WiFi barely worked, like seriously, how can you claim comfort without basic amenities? Almost left a glowing review, but, you know, some things just couldn't let it happen.

Awesome family adventure!

We had such a blast hunting for Northern Lights together! The activities like snowmobiling to a reindeer farm and husky rides were thrilling. The staff was super chill and friendly. The buffet meals were delicious!

Staying at this hotel was a delight for our family. We loved the aurora hunt by car, where we got up close with the amazing northern lights. The activities available, like husky rides through fine winter scenery, offered our grown-up kids an lovely experience.

In my wife's opinion, more food options would be great for families.

The accommodations provide a fantastic atmosphere for enjoying the Northern Lights, especially with the unique glass-roofed cabins that offer unobstructed views. Plus, the quality of outdoor activities, like husky sledding and snowshoeing, immerses you in that authentic winter adventure everyone craves.

Unfortunately, the Wilderness Room I stayed in wasn't consistent. One room had an older, less appealing bathroom compared to the other. Wifi access was quite limited, and I found a lack of toiletries like more than just basic soap. Meals tended to be pricey, especially considering the limited choices available, which might leave some wallets feeling a bit lighter than expected-especially when you factor in the high drink prices.

The charming log style with cozy warmth and modern comfort was good, including seniors like me. The inviting lounge and dining area were perfect.

More mirrors and towel racks would be helpful.

It was just a great match for a getaway in Nellim with very good value for money. Enjoyed the cozy atmosphere at breakfast where the staff was friendly and cute. Make sure to check out the local activities-they are worth it!

The wilderness room was quiet, clean, and had an comfortable bed. The breakfast and dinner were huge with a nice selection, including some tasty vegetarian options. The location was fine for seeing the northern lights, especially close to the aurora bubble. Staff were friendly and helpful during our entire 6-night stay.
